A few weeks ago, Ty and I were watching an episode of Dirty Sexy Money. At the end, The Weepies performed. We’d never heard of them before, and after hearing them sing “Somebody Loved” on the show, we both just love it! Hope you enjoy it, too.
I received this in an email from several friends, and thought this is good information to share for those of you living in Ohio. Often times in the event of an emergency or fatal car accident, it is difficult to locate emergency contacts or next of kin quickly. This new option will help in those situations that we never wish will happen, but want to be prepared if they do.

This new statute creates a voluntary program, allowing those with a valid Ohio driver license, commercial driver license, temporary permit or identification card to submit two emergency contacts to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), to be used by law enforcement in the event they are seriously injured or killed in an automobile crash. If the individual is involved in an emergency situation or is otherwise unable to communicate, law enforcement will use the information to notify these emergency contacts.

I also met the Burke’s in Florida, but it turns out that Rita (mom) and I are both from Canton! The boys all have such different personalities and were talking to me and playing like we’d known each other forever. Absolutely adorable!
My session with the Browns was right around noon, so we didn’t think the beach would give us the best lighting options. But luckily, we ended up with an overcast day that made it a bit easier to spend some time at the beach! The boys were great to work with - I love this age!
My dear friend Beth moved to Florida a little over a year ago. When it came time for their fall portraits, she flew me down for a long weekend to shoot their session, 2 other sessions, and some time for hanging out and relaxing! It was such a nice visit - I only wish it would have lasted longer! The girls are getting so big and I loved my time with them, but now I miss them so much!
